Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zylentix (“the Service”), operated by Zylentix, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Zylentix is a B2B contact intelligence platform that enables users to search, filter, and reveal professional contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and company data. The Service is intended solely for lawful business purposes such as sales outreach, recruiting, and marketing.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Credits & Billing

Zylentix uses a credit-based pricing model. Each contact reveal consumes one or more credits depending on your plan. Credits are non-refundable and expire at the end of your billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring fees
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zylentix for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you must not:

• Use the Service for spamming, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond normal platform usage
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense contact data obtained through the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to maintain highly accurate and up-to-date contact data, Zylentix does not guarantee that all information is 100% accurate at all times. Contact data is sourced from publicly available information and proprietary methods. We recommend verifying critical data points before making business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Zylentix, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zylentix, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Zylentix after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
